Reporting Security Issues

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in LineSmart, please report it to security@linesmart.ph with a clear description, affected URL or component, steps to reproduce, and potential impact.

Good-Faith Testing Rules

  • Do not access, modify, delete, or export user data.
  • Do not disrupt, degrade, or overload LineSmart services.
  • Do not perform social engineering, phishing, spam, or physical attacks.
  • Do not publicly disclose the issue before LineSmart has had a reasonable time to review and remediate it.

What to Include

  • Summary of the issue.
  • Steps to reproduce.
  • Potential impact.
  • Screenshots or proof-of-concept details, where safe.
  • Your contact information for follow-up.

Response

LineSmart will review submitted reports and prioritize remediation based on severity, exploitability, and potential user impact.
