Reporting Security Issues
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in LineSmart, please report it to security@linesmart.ph with a clear description, affected URL or component, steps to reproduce, and potential impact.
Good-Faith Testing Rules
- Do not access, modify, delete, or export user data.
- Do not disrupt, degrade, or overload LineSmart services.
- Do not perform social engineering, phishing, spam, or physical attacks.
- Do not publicly disclose the issue before LineSmart has had a reasonable time to review and remediate it.
What to Include
- Summary of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce.
- Potential impact.
- Screenshots or proof-of-concept details, where safe.
- Your contact information for follow-up.
Response
LineSmart will review submitted reports and prioritize remediation based on severity, exploitability, and potential user impact.
