Acceptance of Terms

By using LineSmart, users agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by the platform.

Platform Use

LineSmart provides booking, queue management, reservation, customer engagement, merchant operations, and related services. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and booking information.
  • Respect merchant booking, queue, cancellation, and no-show rules.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate business, branch, service, schedule, and pricing information.
  • Honor bookings and queue commitments where reasonably possible.
  • Handle customer data responsibly and comply with applicable privacy laws.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. LineSmart does not directly store credit card information unless explicitly stated and supported by compliant payment infrastructure.

Prohibited Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload malicious content, violate laws, or abuse customers, merchants, staff, or support channels.

Account Suspension

LineSmart may suspend or restrict accounts for abuse, security risk, non-payment, fraud, policy violations, or legal compliance reasons.

Limitation of Liability

LineSmart is provided as a platform service. To the extent permitted by law, LineSmart is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or merchant-controlled operational issues.

Changes to Terms

LineSmart may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
