Account Data
Account data is generally retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for security, legal, operational, and accounting purposes.
Booking and Queue Records
Booking, reservation, and queue records may be retained for merchant operations, customer history, dispute review, analytics, service improvement, and reporting.
Merchant Data
Merchant business, branch, staff, service, schedule, and subscription data is retained while the merchant account is active and as needed for operational and legal requirements.
Audit Logs
Audit logs are retained for security monitoring, investigation, troubleshooting, compliance readiness, and platform integrity.
Deleted Account Requests
Deletion requests are reviewed according to legal, security, billing, dispute, and operational requirements. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Backups
Backup data may remain temporarily after deletion requests until backup rotation completes.
